When Marnie Was There

A shy and reclusive twelve-year-old girl named Anna, burdened by sad experiences from her childhood, has locked her heart away. While staying at a large house by the sea, she encounters a beautiful, blonde girl named Marnie. Over the summer, the two girls meet and share their secrets, gradually opening Anna's closed heart. Yet, at the same time, Anna inadvertently uncovers Marnie’s own secret.
