The leader of the Cosmic Gang has taken the granddaughter of the department store chairman, as well as his own foster daughters, hostage, demanding that San Lin-jun exchange the Golden Light Statue treasure for their release. While negotiating at a park, a stranger unexpectedly intervenes, igniting a chaotic gunfight. Meanwhile, The Flying Tiger, a travelling magic troupe, captivates onlookers with their claim of invulnerability during a peculiar performance which they are about to perform. On the other hand, the police remain unable to locate the culprit behind a series of recent child abductions. Three boys who call themselves Detective Boys are kidnapped after witnessing a crime committed by the phantom thieves. By chance, San Lin-jun hears their cry for help and transforms into the Moonlight Superman, vowing to rescue them all. As events unfold, it becomes evident that The Flying Tiger holds a vital connection to the mysterious gang of thieves.
