The Empress

Born into the highest echelon of nobility, the protagonist is the supreme ruler of the nation. Yet, she is perpetually burdened by worry.  Daily, she faces the coercion of her courtiers and the strain of maintaining a false facade, leaving her breathless and suffocated. Unable to bear the ministers' control any longer, she finally breaks free, fleeing the palace in a desperate dash toward the freedom she craves.
