During an autopsy, forensic pathologist Paul unexpectedly discovers a note with a phone number inside the skull of the deceased, pulling him into a bizarre game of dissection. It's a life-or-death game concerning the life of his daughter, Hannah! Meanwhile, comic artist Linda is vacationing on Helgoland Island and gets trapped there by a sudden storm, unaware that the killer, Sadler, who kidnapped Hannah, is also on the island... As clues are discovered in the corpses found on the isolated Helgoland Island, Paul must seek help from Linda. He asks her to perform a series of dissection tasks: only by finding the clues hidden inside the corpses can Paul's kidnapped daughter, Hannah, be saved.
