In creating "Blowing in the Wind," we delved into the daily lives of a fisherman, a fish butcher, and a breakfast stall owner at Tainan's Anping Fish Market to uncover the modern challenges faced by traditional fishing industries. This documentary not only chronicles their efforts to sustain livelihoods in a modern context but also pays homage to the gradually vanishing maritime culture. Through this film, we aim to showcase their resilience and the value of cultural identity, prompting viewers to reflect on the interplay between tradition and modernity
