Chen Zhuang plays an elephant in a children's play. The day-in, day-out stage performance made him forget language, forget himself, and even forget his own existence. At the onset of summer, he increasingly felt the outer shell heavy and stifling. On a windy day, he decides to go to an elephant slide to bid farewell to his past self.
