Steve Jobs: The Lost Interview
2012・United States・70 minutes
Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, passed away from illness in 2011. This film is an interview he gave in 1995. At that time, only the clip was broadcast on TV, but the complete version was missing. It wasn't until the director accidentally discovered the tape in his garage that he had the opportunity to make the full interview public. In the film, Jobs not only talks about the process of leaving Apple to start NeXT, but also reveals that he used a homemade "blue box" to pretend to be the Secretary of State and called the Pope. These auspicious pieces allow us to get closer to the real side of the technological overlord, and also see his superhuman enthusiasm and vision, and get a glimpse of this legendary chapter that was lost and recovered!
