Mr. Zhu, the chief Tai Chi instructor from Beijing, China, was brought to the United States by his son to live with his daughter-in-law and grandson after his retirement. Mr. Zhu, who had just arrived, had difficulty adapting to life in the United States. Due to cultural differences and language barriers, he often had conflicts with his daughter-in-law. Mr. Zhu was worried that his son would be in trouble, so he ran away from home and worked part-time in a Chinatown restaurant to make a living. Unexpectedly, he was humiliated. Because of his profound Tai Chi skills, he accidentally defeated a group of strong men in the kitchen with one palm...
