Gold Fish

The boy discovers a shocking secret late at night. The rulers greedily devour people's youth and dreams, causing everyone to lose their dreams; and he will never grow up because the world keeps replicating classes, and he is destined to serve the powerful upper class. He secretly made a decision - to break the rules and change the world. This film won the 2019 Golden Horse Award for Best Animated Short Film. It uses a fantasy approach to describe the struggles of the people at the bottom and the greed of the upper class in a city with distinct classes.
