Ballet In Tandem

Emerging director Yang Weixin spent nine years filming and conducted personal interviews with three Taiwanese ballet dancers of different generations, Guo Rongan, Liang Shihuai, and Li Qiao, interweaving their stories to faithfully present the reality of ballet's development in Taiwan. The filming took place in Taiwan, Moscow, Tokyo, Seoul and other places, and as many as 92 people were interviewed. I hope to inspire more people to pay attention to the progress of ballet in Taiwan and make ballet appear more often in our lives.
