In March, Xinfu Market hosted a community event themed "Communicating with Deities" focusing on the spiritual life and beliefs of Wanhua. From traditional incense crafting to modern fragrances, from drawing divinatory lots and seeking divine guidance to spiritual communication, from fortune-telling and divination to finding one's own energy spectrum—communicating with deities is also about communicating with oneself. Local shops, unique brands, and creators were invited to participate, collectively responding to a century-old culture of faith in new ways. Continuing the market's theme, the team has curated seven feature films and documentaries related to faith, inviting viewers to explore the diverse facets of belief through cinema.
