In Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, a group of Syrian workers were trapped in a skyscraper they were building. Their only opportunity to contact the outside world is to climb high-rise buildings every morning and look out at the endless urban scenery. These refugees from Syria endure endless physical and mental torture day after day among concrete and steel frames. The film uses silent, precise and tense camera movements and a dreamlike murmuring narrative to layer upon layer the outlines of the exiles and their homeless suffering.
