"Wind" is a documentary filmed by Malaysian director Saw Tiong Guan on Christopher Doyle, telling the story of Doyle's life experience of being as free as the wind. He was thrown into the sea by his father at the age of 3 and learned to swim. When he was young, he jumped off a ship and became a sailor and traveled around the world. He made his first film at the age of 32. After that, he participated in countless important film shootings and established a highly personal visual language. For Doyle, movies were a bridge for communication and friendship with people. In front of the black-and-white camera, he explained his philosophy of life and work with a sensibility closer to the essence of art.
