Taipei's Liuzhangli Cemetery is where 201 victims of the White Terror are buried, including Shi Shuihuan, who was unjustly imprisoned for hiding his younger brother. While in prison, she sent 68 letters telling her life in prison and missing her family, as well as the last blank letter home on the eve of her execution. Artist Lin Xinyi rewrote her letters from prison, trying to develop the blank 69th letter. The text of the family letters on the discarded film is copied, the voice-over is punctuated by the sound of a tailor sewing buttons from time to time, and the situation at that time and now is described from different personal perspectives, presenting this complex and indescribable mute history.
