My Neighbor Totoro

Satsuki, a primary school student, and her four-year-old sister Mei, move with their father to an old house in the countryside while their mother is in the hospital. In this new home, which locals jokingly call a "haunted house," they begin to discover many fascinating things—soot sprites that scatter suddenly, a mysterious Catbus, and the legendary Totoro! One day, when Mei, longing to see her mother, decides to visit her at the hospital, she gets lost along the way. Will the giant Totoro appear to help Satsuki find Mei?
