A-Lok, a kind and honest elementary school teacher, is a recovered patient of schizophrenia. He longs for love but never dares to have a further relationship with others. One day, he meets the fresh and refined Yan Yan on the street, and falls in love with her at first sight, but struggles with whether to reveal his medical history. When A-Lok relapses again, he discovers that her true identity is actually a scheming psychology graduate student. In the world of illusion and reality, the two fall into a suspenseful forbidden love that is both illusory and real.
