Kings Skate Park is the oldest skatepark in Santiago, the capital of Chile. Skateboarding boys come and go. The stray dogs Soccer and Jura are the kings who run rampant here and dominate the entire area. Biting something every day is the happiest thing! Dog's daily life accompanies the young people's flowing youth, and also subtly and truly conveys the confused life plight of young people at the bottom of Chilean society to the audience's ears.
