The 14-year-old boy Hasumi Yuichi lives with his biological mother, stepfather and the son brought by his stepfather. The whole family lives in a beautiful country town. He silently endured Hoshino's bullying at school and became autistic and withdrawn. He could only feel some comfort listening to the singing of the popular singer Lily Zhouzhou. At Lily's 19-year-old concert held every week, Hasumi is preparing to find his stable and bright utopia.
