Ah Fut, a listless parking attendant, is told by a mysterious fortune teller that he will be blessed with good luck. Soon enough, his gambling fortunes drastically improve . He meets Fei Fei, a masseuse who, partnered with another girl in blackmail, is now scheming for Ah Fut’s money.
