When the Berlin Wall falls, the high wall that once seemed to symbolize hostility will no longer exist. However, today, high walls still exist everywhere to separate rich and poor countries. This film focuses on people living on the three borders: the United States/Mexico, Zimbabwe/South Africa, and Spain/Morocco. It records couples looking forward to being reunited with their children, border patrols, veterans setting up drinking water in the desert, and the daily burdens Women who carry heavy objects across the border to make a living compare the complicated faces and voices on both sides of the high wall.
