The World is Ours

"This is a progress update video, not the final film." "The World is Ours" is an independent documentary film project that focuses on high school students of the younger generation. The aim is to open a window that connects to the living conditions of this young generation. The director has met five Form Six students from different backgrounds, including traditional official schools, international schools, and art schools. They live in Hong Kong, and has undergone tremendous changes, yet they still present their living spaces and voices in their own unique ways. Some express themselves through artistic creation, some publish independent publications to promote local culture, and some advocate for gender equality through online platforms. Their commonality is that they all have a strong voice, but this era does not provide them with opportunities to express themselves.
