The director returned to her hometown of Guantian, observing personally through the lens the difficulties faced by Lin Binghuo(林丙火), a farmer who plants Water Caltrops, not only due to the government's water restriction policy, but also to the extreme shortage of manpower and the drastic changes in the natural ecology. She hopes this food can be seen by everyone again.
