NOMA: My Perfect Storm

Noma Restaurant has been ranked No. 1 in the world three times. Chef René Rizepi has launched a gastronomic revolution, injecting a new language into the existing Nordic cuisine and reshaping the image of contemporary chefs. However, the poisoning incident in 2013 almost destroyed the restaurant, but miraculously returned to the top the next year.
