The Dabenniu Tug-of-War Team, a group of unsung eighth-graders from central Taiwan, won Taiwan's first World Cup championship in 2014. In 2016, they planned to compete in the 2016 World Cup in the Netherlands. With their trip abroad imminent, the coach and players urgently sought fundraising but received little response. They launched a fundraising video, unexpectedly reaching their goal in just two days. However, the fundraising efforts led to questions. In the week before the competition, will they hold on tight? Or will they let go? Is their real opponent the tug-of-war before they go abroad, or the challenge in the Netherlands?
