2017・Taiwan・70 minutes

In May 1996, female pastor Yang Yahui founded Taiwan's first gay church, Tong-Kwang Church, despite social condemnation, giving gay Christians who had long been invisible in churches a place to live. Today, as Taiwan promotes marriage equality, anti-gay voices from traditional denominations are becoming increasingly fierce. This film outlines the stories of two pastors, Zeng Shumin and Huang Guoyao, who are related to Tong-Kwang Church, and a believer, Chen Xiaoen, and brings out their thoughts on speaking out for gays and fighting for their rights.
