This film traces the history of Kanai, the pioneer who brought Japanese cuisine to the United States, and reveals the roadmap of food promotion. It also closely captures many famous chefs such as Nobuyuki Matsuhisa, Houbouchon and others, and makes their efforts to maintain the tradition of Japanese cuisine public to the world.
