Kim Yeon-hee, who was born in North Korea, went to China in 2011 for medical treatment, but was tricked by a broker into coming to South Korea. By some mistake, she became a "North Korean defector." With her family in North Korea, she only wanted to return to Pyongyang, but her attempts to seek help from official channels over the years had always been blocked.
