Butterfly Jam

Those who do not know how to express love will eventually be rejected by the one they love. A young girl describes her father and the pets he once owned, as families are torn apart and animals are lost one after another. Director Huang Shiyan, who currently lives in Paris, won the Jury Award for Outstanding Art Direction at the 2021 Annecy Animation Film Festival for this film. It was also shortlisted for the Best Animated Short Film at the Golden Horse Awards and the 2022 Golden Harvest Award in the same year.
