In the dilapidated courtyard, a banyan tree grew green on the broken rock, but no one knew that the fire was about to strike. This film is one of the "Kaohsiung Focus: K.SERIES" series commissioned by the Kaohsiung City Film Museum. It unexpectedly records the people and events before the fire in Kaohsiung City-Center. Born in Singapore, Chiang Wei Liang's works focus on the diaspora in Southeast Asia. He was twice shortlisted for the Golden Horse Award for Best Documentary Short.
